Home delivery With expiring products
The home delivery service is really terrible The first time we ordered they missed out quite a few items The fruits and vegetables also felt like they were quite old Some even had mould and we had to throw it away Then it took us a 20 minute call with their very slow customer service to get our refund We thought we will give it another try And this time they gave us milk that will expire in 2 days I mean 2 days for 8 cartons of milk And the fruits again seem a bit old It seems like they are taking advantage of the Covid 19 situation and the fact that people order online instead of going to the store THEY ACTUALLY SEND STUFF THAT THEY WOULD HAVE THROWN AWAY OTHERWISE This just feels so wrong and UNETHICAL I have tried other services like ica and Hemk p really is the worst NEVER GET HOME DELIVERY FROM HERE

Ordered groceries for Christmas and
Ordered groceries for Christmas and received a confirmation the day before that I would receive my Christmas shopping the next morning My goods never showed up no messages about my order and no phone calls When I called them I was told that due to a technical error I wouldn t be receiving my order at all and would have to shop elsewhere No apologies or compensation were offered So I shopped elsewhere and will continue to do so I also recommend you do the same Hemk p has one job delivering groceries if they can t figure that out I d think they re in the wrong industry

Not so cheap
Prices are not so cheap and the quality is the same as some other cheaper supermarkets The baked bread is not so good next day it is hard as a rock You have to throw it
