My interaction with Lincoln Heritage Associates for my funeral policy was great My representative Robin Akin was very knowledgeable thorough professional and courteous She explained all of the policies available and listened to my requests and provided exactly the type of policy I am currently enrolled with She did not waste my time trying to sell me a policy I was not interested in and provided my options and monetary expenses in line with my budget
