They explained and answered all my

Approximately two weeks ago on March 4 2024 I called to find out what final expenses meant It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered And if after I thought I understood if I still didn t they patiently explained it again The whole experience was great and simply amazing It turned out to be easy how simple you can plan everything and do it all before hand Now that s what I call stress-free I m so glad I did this now everything is taken care of Thank you Barbara Willis

I received a phone call returning my call after I failed to leave a voice message I assumed business was closed Michael the manager of the association was very attentive to detail my needs and he went above to protect my service I am very honored to be a client of Lincoln Heritage associates I ve worked with customer service for 30yrs and I am always grateful to give credit to where it belongs Thanks again Michael

Extremely Satisfied

Ms Payne was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing The process was easy to complete and the information was easy to undetstand I appreciate Ms Payne for her assistance in providing me with peace of mind in taking care of my future funeral needs and her attention to customer service I recently had two Matriarchs in our family die within days of each other Devastating for sure but each Woman had the forsight to have paid funeral arrangements in place We were able to mourn and celebrate their legacies without the terrible burden of locating money to pay for expenses I told Ms Payne I wanted that for my family and she helped me do it

I am not one for taking Sales Calls from anyone but was so impressed with the level of professionalism from Michael Koening I not only listened but signed up with him I would have never normally done that He was clear concise and very honest which are things that are lacking from most companies these days So I am with you all because of great Customer Service from Michael

The nice insurance lady

Well the lady that helped me was very nice and helpful she explained everything to me so that I could understand not like other insurance companies that don t explain nothing to you or take the time to answer the questions there always in a hurry but she was very nice and calmed and curtious I m happy with her I wish I could remember her name
