Luke was very patient and extremely knowledgeable He took the time to explain the instructions and policy thoroughly I had to interrupted him two or three times during the interview because I didn t understand certain parts Each time Luke patiently explained the parts of the policy that I didn t understand He never got sharp or angry which was a refreshing change from some other insurance agents that I ve dealt with before Luke s positive attitude will take him far in both his PROFESSIONAL and SPIRITUAL LIFE I hope he always remember to stay humble and not embarrass the LORD I also want to mention that I initially didn t want to get the insurance because I recently bought a vehicle with transmission problems I expressed my concern abut the cost of the policy at this time He suggested a 2000 policy for now to get me started and I will have the option to add on later This was a very thoughtful and helpful suggestion
