terrible company

received used goods listed as brand new I emailed them to return the items and they asked for pictures so I sent them pictures and then they ghosted me no reply in over a month I have had similar problems with them in the past worst customer service ever If you read their online return policy it says online orders are not returnable that in itself is a huge red flag save yourself the headache and the money and just look elsewhere This company should just be shut down

Me and my brother ordered for over 1500 on june 4 still awaiting fullfillment No tracking no nothing My question is has anyone received there items and if yes after about how much time After all those reviews im startimg to think we may need to ask for a refund Any advice guys Update After searching more info seem they at least post a message explaining delays

I would advise all of Hero Outdoors former customers to look them up on the Better Business Bureau website to get a better feel for their business ethics For all you people who are thinking of handing over your hard earned money to purchase something there Look them up on scamadviser com Leave your vote for the performance of this company Are they legit or a scam company that utilizes may different tools and tactics to steal from a unsuspecting customer Click on the thumbs up or thumbs down symbol at the top right of scamadviser com s webpage Lets all educate people so no more victims will fall to Hero Outdoors

No communication no stock no customer service

Never responded to multiple communications via email to their Sales address or via their website Order inquiry Never answered their phone at either of the 2 numbers I called Had sent them a query ahead of time for which I didn t get an answer stating the items I d be ordering were for Ukraine Since time was of the essence I placed an order anyway but got no ETA of when the order would be available Continued no communication from them Had someone go physically to their location and he got a runaround with them saying they had no stock Only got a refund via dispute process

Scammers

They are scammers They take your money and never ship your items They are also impossible to contact as they do not answer emails and there phone appears to be disconnected The only communication you get from them is the occasional replies to the bad reviews attempting to defend themselves They should absolutely be sued and put out of business

Same here wish I could leave no stars just researching how to complain about the BBB as they accept the COVID excuse way to easily Do your research and you ll see this company is base on fraudulent practice I m looking to launch a civil claim in the courts to teach them a lesson They should not be in business and any website that allows them to promote themselves should also be investigated It s not rocket science just do youe research and you ll see this is a fraudulent company Please lobby Doug Ford as this should not be allowed to go on

Ordered rubberized hand guard grips and the ones that shipped were a completely different style contrary to their provided image - which SHOULD match the product you re ordering right This is a middle man company who offer a convenient catalogue but with most products sourced-on-demand out of house Its been 6 months since I ordered a foregrip and judging how its not in stock on Evike I wont hold my breath and may never receive it

Good selection of products but extremely poor customer service They do not respond to emails or phone calls The web site and order accounts are not updated Many products advertised ARE NOT IN STOCK and that means very long order processing times Better Business Bureau rating is F for SNAFU Buyers beware if you want your items in a timely fashion you may end up in a Visa or PayPal charge back dispute
