i exchange paypal with webmoney but in paypal it takes 7 days to release money

Sent the wrong amount in the wrong currencySaid they would send the rest asap in the correct currencysent 2 more transactions for the wrong amountno email receivedno answer received on livechat for 10 minutes by now

minimum amount for perfect money exchange is 100 usd can t exchange with litle amount

The service is decent as long as you encounter no issues This is a review I really did not want to have to write because I otherwise understand that resolving issues can be difficult but I really did try to give them all the chances I could and they rewarded it by continuously deceiving me by always saying it would finally be resolved if I just waited a few more hours Their support team has no power to take any action when your money is unavailable All they tell you is to wait A rundown of how things went down 2023-06-12 I initiated an exchange 2023-06-13 Transaction was completed but 2 3 of the money was put on holdI asked them for advice they said they ll be able to confirm it after 48 hoursAfter 48 hours I contacted them again They told me that we need to wait 48 hours to confirm it I was confused thought it already passed so said sorry and went back to check Later I contacted them again clearly past 2 days after the transaction they assured me that the transaction is going to be confirmed so the money becomes available 2023-06-16 I asked for an updateThey said they reminded their team to have it doneAt this point I was getting impatient as they promised to have it done 2 days beforehand already So I asked for their finance team to send an ETA to me through E-mail 2023-06-17 I messaged them in the morning we ran the usual rounds i give them by ID they tell me that they will check i explain the story they ask for my patience i explain why i am unsatisfied to say the least they tell me they understand and tell me the issue will be solved the same day I check back 4 more times that day Always am asked to wait more and finally this day they tell me that they have no idea where the broker who sent me the payment is to be found at In the evening the deadline they gave me the previous day is passed Before going to bed I ask for news one more time and am told the same useless line that they have been telling me for days about being patient 2023-06-18 7 hours later I wake up and check back with them They tell me that if only i just waited a few more hours the money would be with me already This is where we are at right now and still not confirmation on the payment I have nothing against the people who i talked to it is just clear that they are not provided with any tools to resolve the issue or with the training to properly handle a situation like this but I was continuously deceived and had my patience exploited Can t give less than 2 stars because whenever I had no issues with them the service went well Just don t expect their support team to be able to resolve issues for you as they are not there for that Update Now after a week 5 days if we exclude the 48 they had no option to confirm it the transaction is finally confirmed My concerns are still valid but as I stated above they are not scammers just somewhat powerless to help you when there are issues

I was satisfied with support and speed I will use this website more in future

This is good i can say that it s easy to use

I was happy with the service the speed was not amazing not bad but just above average but the thing is you can trust them with PayPal transfers that is not easy and you get what they will tell you on the website also support was satisfactory when I returned to them two times

I stumbled upon this site and I was a bit skeptical at first so I transferred the minimum amount within a couple hours my money was received in Paypal I did another order which is taking hours and still processing by part payment I trust that the money will get there I just wish it will get there sooner I also told a few people already who are very excited to start once my second order comes through trustedsite
