I submitted an order twice

One Of the worst exchange site they took from me 16 50 Usd give back me only 15 1 usd how the f you take charge 1 4 usd in just 16 5 usd transcation they show that they give me 15 8 usd for 16 50 the liar exchanger

I submitted an order twice Each time it was canceled The email said the orders were canceled due to the volatility of the market The customer service rep said the screenprint of my wallet was not adequate I don t know who to believe but I m taking my business elsewhere

Terrible service

Have made an order with a premise of it being fast and quick was exchanging eth to paypal eur been almost 48 hours and order still has not arrived while the support is unresponsive even though they are online I would really suggest everyone to stay away from this service as there are plenty other options to choose from
