Turned up to a closed spa
I booked a much needed spa package for myself on the Himalaya Salt Cave website booking system and alongside money being taken for it I got a confirmation email and then a reminder email for the appointment On the day of the booking I turned up to the spa to find it closed and empty despite it being during the apparent opening hours I called both numbers on the door with no luck and waited outside I got a call back from an apologetic member of the spa asking if I would wait while he called the owner but I had no call from the owner They apparently didn t know about my booking and spoke about their online booking system issues as if I and other customers are meant to know that it is unreliable I was then told I d be getting my refund in 5-10 days and had to go home after driving there and also wasting my entire morning for that booking I had planned I was obviously very annoyed and upset and then more so when the owners offer to make up for my wasted time was a spa package for 2 people to get a 15 minute massage and smoothie nothing at all like the treatment I had actually wanted and booked It s a huge shame and I obviously won t be going back If I were you I wouldn t bother booking because you don t know if you ll even get met by someone never mind the treatment

I book a slot of deep tissue massage on 26 January at 17 30 on their website paid 60 for this online and funny story i am going at their place get ready for massage and they are closed I call the number provided there and one man answer probably manager and told me to wait because he don t know why is closed and he call me back very shortly with bad news there is no one there to get my appointment and we have the option to rebook or get refunded Of course I choose refunded due to no professionalism Is past 2 weeks and I still not received my money back they send me proof of refund but the refund never come through my account I don t recomand very bad organisation

I arrived today
I arrived today after booking online paying my over 100 payment There was no one there I rang two mobiles and got a young man who explained no one was available there are 2 booking systems only one was blocked out So no treatment payment made Not happy My complaint was passed on but it will take 5 to 10 days to get my refund I have visited before I will not visit again it s not luxury it s a room in a unit I will share my experience on all platforms available Don t waste your money on Amateurs

Came for one appointment and stayed for the full group The salt cave really helped me and made me feel so much better I have told so many people about this treatment Its so good got children right through to adults who suffer with lung or sking conditions stress or simply some nice chill time
