I would like to take time to thank Karen and Catherine for there work in placing my fathers ashes with my mother on 24 8 2023 Nothing to much trouble and also with the dignity that goes with a job like this we wanted to change the tree no problem we wanted to change the date no problem was the key word from them so i would like to thank them very very much for taking care of us along with family and friends xxx

Katie and her team were brilliant So professional but equally compassionate and really kind allowing us access during a holiday period to our loved one Really a proper personal service at a very strange emotional time for the family Thank you

Excellent Service

I was very impressed with Hinton Parks service from the first phonecall to come and collect my Mum to take her into their care how lovely she looked when we went to see her 4 days later They talked us through everything and we re so helpful All the staff we met were so nice Highly recommend their services for such a difficult time losing a loved one

Amazing in every way

They were so helpful and exceeded our expectations Katie went above and beyond meeting us to hand over mums clothes for her to rest in on her day off As we live 2 hrs away from the site it was so important that Katie kept us in the loop which she did wonderfully Couldn t recommend you enough and a special thank you to Katie for holding our hand through such a difficult time Lynne Blacklock and John Wilder

I cannot recommend Hinton Park highly enough From a friendly voice at the end of the phone to going beyond the call of duty with my requests As my stepdad had requested no mourners Phil kept me updated every step of the way And more importantly I have precious photos so I actually feel like I was in attendance Thank you so much to all involved First class service

My son and myself were welcomed the moment we entered Things regarding the woodland burial we wanted for my husband was explained fully also any extras we might like On the burial day everyone was very helpful It made the sad day special for me

My 2nd attempt to leave feedback as Trustpilot deemed my first attempt to be fake We were immensely happy with the service provided by Paul and Janice a wonderful service which was crafted by Janice with us a number of relatives stated it was the best service they had ever attended Made a sad time infinitely better 100 recommend

Peaceful resting place

We chose hinton park as immediately felt at peace when we went up to have a look Knowing my husband is resting there by the lake is very comforting The service we received from Paul and his colleagues was everything we could have wished for and more Paul was so kind and caring which helped enormously even taking my granddaughter to feed the ducks while my daughter and I went to say goodbye to my husband privately I cannot recommend them highly enough
