The process was difficult due to their staff sickness Things did get sorted but only when I made contact I was disappointed with the internment I had expected more I didn t know what had happened to the floral arrangement as it was not on her plot or near it

Extremely disappointed in the service given
We had to visit several times and email information ourselves and forms were still missing up to 3 working days before the cremation There was a concern the service wouldn t be able to go ahead if the forms were not complete and in their hands We expected everything to be signed in that one visit we did not expect to be the ones chasing forms It was very stressful for us at a time we should have been able to grieve and rely on everything to be sorted for us which it absolutely was not
