Lovely burial ground

The atmosphere and staff were great calm kind considerate and respectful in the beautiful surroundings of Woodlands My dad had his service here last week and it was lovely The staff and celebrant Claire were perfect Dad would have been proud

We Felt Reassured Throughout

We couldn t fault the service given by Paul and the team Paul was very helpful and reassuring talking us through the process and helping us sorting out what needed to be done There was excellent communication throughout The funeral itself went very well Looking back we wouldn t have changed anything

Great service and sympathetic assistance

We had a very nice lady who oversaw our funeral She was sympathetic and empathetic but not in a condescending way She gave us time to choose things and when it came to changing things at a later date it was not to much trouble for her

Outstanding

Not only is Hinton Park Woodland the most beautiful peaceful resting place the staff are amazing They all make what is a difficult and sad time that little bit easier with their care and compassion Nothing is too much trouble and they guide you through everything

Extremely helpful team of funeral Directors

All preparation for burial of my husband was done extremely professional Everything was clearly explained and ceremony was made as we wish Very good contact with team people with high level of empathy Everything was done with high professionalism and dignity I cannot be grateful enough especially to Katie for her support and understanding this such a terrible situation I find myself Thank you

Very beautiful setting to look out to

Very beautiful setting to look out to during the service It was perfect from start to finish Hannah arranged the service with us and was very helpful all the way through The gentleman on reception was very nice he helped us choose a plot also the lady who did the internment of the ashes it was done very sensitively Paul Tarrant the vicer was very good he read the order of service with great feeling and sensitivity We were very happy with the service at Woodlands Burial Ground Thank you

Respectful kind thoughtful At such a sad time of losing my dad I felt that the team were so helpful and made a sad day beautiful it was unhurried calm the service and the graveside was peaceful Helen Hannah did all the service and was very helpful kind and compassionate thank you to you all

Kind and professional staff most beautiful setting

Thank you for making a difficult process easier and holding my hand throughout I experienced kindness and compassion in all interactions from every team member I dealt with and you were always responsive to my queries - no matter how small Mum s burial was conducted with both professionalism and care The meadow where she lays is tranquil and - perhaps oddly - a pleasure to visit I look forward to coming back to tend her plot and to see her tree grow once it is planted I am so very grateful that we were able to lay Mum to rest in such a peaceful and welcoming setting and that we were allowed to gather freely by her graveside after the burial in the sunshine to lay flowers play favourite songs and to say our farewells privately and without the confines of a formal service Thank you

The entire process All of the team were helpful and courteous at such a sad time in our lives From the gentleman on reception desk sorry don t know his name Hannah Helen and especially Louise Ryenolds- our lovely celebrant Everyone contributed to making this a wonderful ceremony and experience for our family in order to lay our mum to rest and do her proud

Excellent treatment from professional

Excellent treatment from professional and kind staff who really went the extra mile We were given as much time as we needed and we re not left to feel rushed or hurried at all We spoke to 3 different funeral companies but none of them made us feel confident and looked after on what was a heartbreaking day As soon as I called yourselves I was able to relax knowing I d found the right company
