False advertising

Wish i had read some of these review before ordering from this company Ordered a hockey stick showing in stock only to find out the order could not be fulfilled and to be offered an inappropriate alternative After asking for a refund i was informed three times its being processed then gave up and raised a dispute through the credit card company

Terrible company never again

Ordered a hockey grip to be delivered standard delivery After a week of waiting I had to contact the company about my order turns out the item was being advertised despite it being out of stock with this company AND the manufacturer No effort to contact me on their behalf They were very happy to keep my money for god knows how long without letting me know Luckily got a refund but got a very pathetic and generic robot like response from customer service Will never use this company and will forever tell everyone else to not use

Terrible returns experience

Terrible returns experience I bought a pair of shoes for my son They didn t fit so I attempted a return The instructions are limited but I followed them and sent the shoes I heard nothing so after 10 days I emailed and got the following reply we have received the return and how you would like to process No money has been returned yet If I don t hear soon I m going to charge back the order with my credit card company Very disappointed In the meantime I ve ordered a second pair of shoes in the correct size from another shop

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY Pretty sure this is a scam company run from an industrial business site St Albans The address is listed to a number of likely dodgey companies and the director listed for all of them is the same name They take your money don t send any goods prob all fake and don t have stock don t respond to emails and have a number of phone lines that ring out Reported them to trading standards awaiting response and will have to claim my 72 back from credit card How in the UK can they legally trade

Will never use this company again After much promise with a speedy delivery I returned an item and received an email saying I will get a refund within 14 days we are now well over that so I emailed Told it would be looked into and several days later nothing and still no money in the bank Totally rip off merchants as you return an item within the allowed time period yet they just keep your money

Poor customer service and returns help

I bought at pair of Canterbury stadiums as the price was reasonable It was a bit frustrating that postage and tax wasn t shown on the price which added another 15 5 weeks after buying and wearing 3 times and he waist tie has completely separated from the trousers and it s clear to see there was a fault in the manufacturing and some of the material has frayed The company won t pay for the return and haven t fully explained what will be refunded exchanged if I do return then at my own cost Terrible customer service experience all round Blunt unhelpful email replies from online assistance I simply don t trust them to deal with it properly if I do return them Avoid

Wish I read the reviews first

Placed an order 1 month ago exactly hockey shoes and still haven t received it There s been no communication at all Rang customer service and she said its out for delivery today coincidence so i ll patiently wait to see if it arrives Wish I read the reviews before I ordered

Poor customer service charge for delivery even though on their website states free delivery for orders over 50I also wish I had read these reviews before using them
