After two months of waiting for interior doors one doorframe piece had defect and they did not repair it immediately I am waiting more than two months for that stupid piece and I am not able to finish reconstruction Support is useless after weeks no reaction Never ever

When we had a problem with our Hormann door we tried on three occasions to contact a senior manager at Hormann Garage Doors in Coalville and despite leaving polite messages she could not be bothered My advice to anyone thinking of buying a Hormann garage door is that when your doors warranty is over then so is Hormanns help with defects TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dishonest local provider and the Barcelona head office accepts no responsibility

I live in Spain and placed an order several months ago with a local supplier Talleres Pujante in the Murcia region I was provided an installation date of 6 to 8 weeks and asked to sign the quote and pay 50 deposit They stated that the door had to be specially manufactured and transported from Germany as their Barcelona warehouse did not stock the size needed The weeks passed and after being told a few more weeks after months I was informed it would be another 3 or 4 months That meant the order would take upto 7 months Having known this I would never have placed the order It took months to receive a refund Then they deducted a large percentage for the small aluminium strip that fits above the door I emailed the Barcelona head office several times They never replied so I called and they were unhelpful Finally they referred me to someone who was really unprofessional and rude He said there is no date specified in what I signed so they can change the date The deduction of the refund is at the discretion of the individual supplier so there is nothing that they can do I emailed the Head of Client services for Spain Rosa Moral Leon She did reply to say she had spoken to those concerned at it was resolved I wrote back and she just ignored my email I called and left messages and have never received a call back During this time I contacted another Hormann provider They installed the door within 2 weeks as they stock the doors in Barcelona I have asked Rosa Moral Leon why I was made to wait for months under the pretext of a door being made to measure in Germany when it s stocked in Spain She s ignored this and other questions So I lost several months and a few hundred euros as a result of the dishonesty of Talleres Pujante The after sales service was the poorest and least professional that I have experienced

Worst customer service

We ordered a RollMatic garage door and two front doors with H rmann Portugal It has easily been the worst customer service I have experienced We ordered our doors some 6 months ago paying 100 of the cost up front They were promised to be delivered after 6 weeks and we are still waiting 6 months later with still no end in sight We have been messed around so often by the customer service people I wouldn t know where to begin Their approach to their customers seems to be get the sale promising everything receive the full payment then let the customer down on every occasion

Failed to supply doors despite quotation

I got a quote for 13 internal hoermann doors in Ireland but when I went to order them they said they could not supply them any more in Ireland I had to go looking for another supplier at the last minute Almost two years later they are still available on their Irish website

We purchased Hormann sectional garage doors in June 2024 We think the doors and their operation are of high quality and they look great too We did have some issues with the local installer but Hormann UK in Coalville have been great in offering us advice and aftercare
