Broken boiler after one month and slow customer service
After about a month since the boiler installation it broke and the customer support was very slow in acting upon request to send someone to fix it Still waiting for the monteur to come and it s been five days already No hot water for a family with two kids - definitely not the experience I would recommend for someone

Contacting Holland Warmth
It was very hard to reach them by phone and I had to wait a lot before talking with someone from the Sell Department Despite the initial problem all the rest went smoothly I signed the contract and in two weeks one of their installers visited me and replaced my old boiler with a new one in just hours
