Good billing service

Can be difficult to get set up initially but once set up and bills are correctly aligned date-wise with the tenant properly uploading bills to the portal as well the service works well Also they re quick to resolve issues

The staff have been really helpful in the process of setting up our bills for our uni house Especially when there has been issues of duplicate accounts and missing tenants I spoke to Olly today who was super helpful and confirmed that we had everything set up from our end ready to move in Would recommend them as a service

She was helpful and patient Nauriane took her to explain in detail even when I was not sure of accepting the offer because of the high bill

It was only not 5 due to not being able to put sort code from my bank details as XX-YY-ZZ had to remove hyphens Also had to remove part of my surname for the account name which wouldn t fully match my name in bank account name Maybe don t need to restrict that input box length
