Good response time but
They have a good response time however when I email every time I mention the 10 student discount that is connected on Student Beans they never put it on and they ignore when I mention it so I have to mention it every time with no progression of it actually being pursued It would just be much appreciated if someone would actually say no we can t do that or yes we can because I don t understand why it can t just be added on through your system when it s literally on the Student Beans app We ve had to pay extra on top of our first bill for the installation fee and a full month of Wi-Fi when we ve been at the property for over a week now so why are we paying a full month and extra when we haven t even had Wi-Fi for that time
