Extremely disappointed
The experience with HomeBox was terrible I will never order from here again The product is not as described at all and the return policy does not allow for me to return it after opening Their delivery drivers did not speak much english so it was very hard to comminicate I asked to schedule delivery in the evening when I was home And this was not possible You cannot schedule what time of day you want something delivered They lied about when my mattress could be delivered advertising that it was same day delivery and then 2 days after paying for it they changed the delivery date to 5- 7 days All in all terrible experience

Terrible experience no returns
Terrible experience no returns accepted as per their policy once installed That s why they insist to fix the simple table at home Customer service is a joke They will tell you what you want to listen everyday will say we will check with High management and nothing will happened next Think twice before purchasing there

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Experience
I had a terrible experience with Home Box I was supposed to receive my wardrobe on the 11th but no one called or informed me of any delay When I followed up I was told it was rescheduled for the 15th because the item wasn t in the warehouse On the 15th I received another call saying the item was damaged This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable If Home Box can t manage inventory or fulfill orders they shouldn t have an online store I missed the chance to buy the same item elsewhere due to their poor service This is the first and last time I shop here Do better Home Box

Poor Material Quality and Bad Customer Service
Purchased a sofa bed a year ago a normal night while me and wife sitting on it then suddenly one of the footings broke down Both of us have normal weight The next day we contacted them and requested for a repair since it has a 2 year warranty on the product Unfortunately they can t repair it and as per them they can able to repair only minimal issues really To make this short wouldn t recommend buying items here I just wasted my money Bad customer service and their response to email was like auto generated everything is the same

I bought an item from the store and
I bought an item from the store and paid extra for delivery and assembly They scheduled a week later to come but when they arrived some parts were missing and they didn t complete the installation They left the parts at my home without assembling them saying they would return the day after tomorrow but they didn t show up We keep calling the store but there is no response To this day they haven t come and the parts are still unassembled with no action taken on their part

Worst and unprofessional customer service i ve ever seen in my life we ordered an item which was damaged during installation the complaint was raised ref no 7206760 The replacement was approved however even after follow up there was no timeline when i will be done Yesterday Friday suddenly on working day we received call from homebox delivery team that they are gonna deliver it in half an hour when we were in office We requested to get it delivered next day in the morning 10-12 On Friday at 1 noon we received the call from the customer service asking if we have rescheduled the delivery and we informed her the same thing that there was no prior notification she confirm that it will be delivered as per the rescheduled time tomorrow Now in the morning when we called the customer service Ms Ruqaya they were clueless abt the delivery they said they will check and call back guess what no call back We again called CS and this time Ms Thouraya attended the call and we requested for the manager to talk to us we wated 20 mins asking for the same they said that there is no manager available as of now The moment we insisted that till the time the call is not transferred we won t hang up the call they transferred it to manager Mr Fadi While we were explaining him the whole situation for the 3rd time he was not even acknowledging what were saying and didn t get any solution and just siad that the will deliver it asap without even asking our availability and there is no specific time or date of delivery Finally we were frustrated and hang up the call and they didn t even call back to resolve the issue as if they were waiting for us to hang up and hence we decided to raise this issue on social media so that other customers are aware of the level of service standards the home box provides This is the first and the last purchase from home box for us

Very poor customer support and product
Very poor customer support and product is also not good Wood is infected with insect and they didn t accept his mistake From day1 I am facing issue Fixing time they broke 1 part and not replaced yet We found manufacturer defect but they didn t change Even they send quality guy they record the video and said it s manufactured defect still they didn t take any action and replace damage part with damaged product I bought bed in April

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would I bought an Elektra dome kettle that wouldn t switch on after just two months Homebox refused to repair or replace because I didn t keep the original packaging They also claimed the product only had a 30 day warranty which is bs They have now lost a customer and I m going on every review site I can to let people know how they treat their customers

Doesn t deserve 1 star either quality of the furniture is below subpar When you are trying to contact the customer service you will receive auto generated replies Even the item has a warranty they will not entertain you
