Do Not Buy
As others have mentioned it s probably a great company if everything goes great If you need to reach the company for any reason don t expect a response The one time I did reach someone on the phone I was told I needed to send an email to get an update on my order I had emailed a couple days earlier with no response When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that is not necessary and was hung up on After several more emails I have yet to receive a response but it does appear they canceled my order It s funny if you read their about company it states they have friendly staff We must have a different idea of friendly

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE
company sent me my bar with multiple things broken I followed all of the procedures on their website to do a return get replacement parts They ignored all my emails and phone calls It was only once I put in a dispute with my CC company that I got a response CC company says I am in the right BTW Now Donna who is actually just the same guy you get when you call - he is just pretending to be different people is saying they are filing a police report and taking me to court in South Carolina Donna or whoever runs this place ship you broken crap and then put out fake legal threats to intimidate you into keeping it Their return damage policy isn t real DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Oh and a CC dispute really doesn t do much - the CC agrees with me and I will get my money back since donna doesn t respond to the disputes but who knows - maybe ill be getting sued This place should be shut down - what a scam

Very bad customer service
I have never experienced customer service this rude I called in to check the order status 3 days after I placed the order and I was told to call back in 10 days Nobody will check the order status for you now Then I asked how many days does the shipping typically take I was again told call back in 10 days Then I asked whether the delivery people will help unpack and move the furniture to the room he said of course not The customer service is unbelievably rude and arrogant He basically doesn t know how to talk to a human

This place is a scam Don t bother The guy answering the phone doesn t answer any questions and constantly hangs up on you Item wasn t delivered as expected and they couldn t give any status Shady Not sure how Google allow them to show up as a shopping option

DESPICABLE
DO NOT ORDER Anything from this scam company Believe all the other rotten reviews - they are 100 accurate 4 months ago I ordered a 2300 entertainment center According to Home Cinema Centers it was IN STOCK When it was never delivered I emailed them No reply So I called and the same RUDE guy that other reviewers complained about nastily told me I was on a list When I asked for clarification he barked No explanation needed and hung up on me This creep is still advertising the unit as being IN STOCK So I contacted the manufacturer who said that the factory is closed and the Earliest the unit would ship is April 2022 - a YEAR after I placed my order Save yourself the misery and order from a reputable company - not this sham operation

This is a lying company on the website
This is a lying company on the website when I purchased the bedroom set said it would ship in 3 days But after I paid it sent me a email 3 days later say 10-18 business days So then I get a email saying it shipped this is the 8th business day it still hasn t shipped yet So I call in too see what s going on the guy answering the phone is rude as hell im asking him a question he talking over me doesn t give me a chance to get a understanding of what is going on and said they will get back with me in 2 day s for an update and hangs up on me Don t order nothing from this company the lie and rude as hell

Great Shopping Experience I am very pleased with my purchase of the Magnolia Manor Table set The price was better than any other seller and the ordering process was seamless I did have contact with customer service regarding shipping because I hadn t received any shipping information but the packages arrived the following day Amanda was very helpful and considerate and I appreciated her time Thank you for a beautiful piece of furniture I will definitely recommend your store to family and friends

Beware of these people
I ve been reaching out to this company after finally finding a company that has a chest to my discontinued set After purchase I reached out via social media because for some odd reason they have a voice-mail that picks up The next day it was shipped It was scheduled on time for delivery on 1 3 upon arrival the guys hurried to leave because the box and chest was severely damaged I have been trying to reach this company since the chest arrived No one has reached out so I contacted my card issuer and this morning I get a threatening email from them so I tried calling again and again nothing but voice-mail So I have email Donna along with the pictures and still no reply or help

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
I ordered a sofa that the the website stated usually ships in 2-3 days When 1 week went by with the order status still listed as pending I called to inquire about whether it was back-ordered or when to expect shipment The agent was rude to the extreme stated that I should not expect it anytime soon and hung up I assumed there must be a misunderstanding and called back The same agent informed me he was handling 10 000 inquiries a day and that he would get back to me via email in 2-3 days and again hung up Needless to say I requested to cancel my order via email which they did but didn t even have the professionalism to inform that it was cancelled
