From the initial survey by Jake everything went very smoothly The fitters Danny and Chris were excellent and most respectful for an OAP Their work was carried out within the time stated and they helped with the removal of some furniture They left the site clean and tidy each night My new conservatory roof is perfect Thank you HES Joan Crewe

Barry came and did the survey on a Wednesday and the work was completed the following Monday All staff I dealt with were incredibly knowledgable honest and helpful Roger and Ben came early and were done in a few hours keeping me updated through the whole process They left the place clean It hardly looks like there was any work done at all Highly recommend

DPC work

Dan the Surveyor was excellent His knowledge of damp issues was outstanding He explained everything with great care and patience and his approach gave me the confidence to sign up for a new DPC Ron and John came out to do the job and they were excellent They worked so efficiently and left everything clean and tidy They were polite knowledgeable and very personable Mary Robinson

Everyone we dealt with was straightforward and respectful The work was completed very promptly to a good standard The process of arranging the damp survey was very smooth it was arranged within 4 days of the initial telephone call Then the work was scheduled and completed within 7 days I m grateful to the surveyor Ellick and Andy Craig Callum Joel and the other team members for completing their work

A knowledgeable and capable crew of professionals Andy Colin Rick did an excellent job installing a PIV replacing a old wooden clad wall with brick insulation An excellent job all round looks as good as I could have hoped for Nigel
