Homeshield Scotland just completed installing windows in my house the whole process has been very easy at all times From start to finish everything was explained very clearly and I was always asked to make sure I understood what was happening The installation went very well the workmen were excellent and extremely hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day they were also extremely polite and courteous I am extremely happy with my new windows and whole process was less stressful then I thought it would be

Had a couple facias blew off

Had a couple facias blew off Tam came out to fix Fixed the one on garage and checked the others Had to rearrange for the one on house as needed scaffolding All complete now and other ones checked Was impressed by the professionalism courtesy and general good manners from both Tam and the other guy with him don t know his name

Quoted 2 hours job done in 01 55 - this team are good very good A new back door and an infinity window replacing the old French doors perfectly exceeding our expectations Weather was kind so no mess no dust and all waste onward for recycling Couldn t be happier- bring on the rain

Excellent service from start to finish Andrew did a marvellous job installing our windows which have made a big difference to the room they were installed in Very clean hard worker and polite Would certainly recommend this company

Delighted with my new windows and front door Excellent service from receiving quote to job done Kept informed from office staff as to when fitting would take place All finished in a day and half as quoted Installation team worked very hard professionally and are obviously very skilled in their trade They tidied up and hoovered when finished Also took all the packaging old windows and door away with them Excellent job done Customer service is very good Quality products service and installation

First class

From start to finish first class service We spoke to Rex who explained every detail about new windows and doors to us was a lovely guy listened to what I wanted and worked out best option for me We then had Jon and his team to install new windows and 2 doors absolutely fantastic these guys were amazing 2 days 10 windows 2 doors no mess covered house in dust sheets took all old stuff away Through out whole procees i had calls and emails on updates and even after calls to make sure i was happy with installation Thank you Homeshield I absolutely love my new windows and doors Will definitely be recommending yous

The fitters were exceptional cleaned up

The fitters were exceptional cleaned up after themselves were considerate as I have two dogs and a pup any problems that weren t the FITTERS FAULT are hopefully going to be rectified
