The customer service here is exceptional A team of people who genuinely care We had our bathroom installed a year ago and due to a mistake of our own had to get back in touch about a repair the team have went out of their way to make sure our repair was done quickly and efficiently Phoning and checking in etc Its like speaking to an old friend as well truly is a company thar puts the client first Will be using the same company for our new kitchen when the time comes 10 10z

I m writing this review as a very awkward but extremely happy customer From the first call the team have been amazing sales team were so nice and down to earth and made me feel very easy with no pressure to buy at all Got 7 windows and 2 doors and to say I m delighted is an understatement Even though I changed my mind about door design to many times the team took it in there stride Sealed it off when I needed a window removed 3 months after installation to put in my new couch the team done it with no fuss at all Thank you from the happiest of customers

Having an Alarm System and CCTV cameras installed by Ultimate Solutions was money well spent the engineers are friendly helpful and very clean in everything they do The support after the work is done is very great as well I can recommend this firm very much and say a big Thankyou 26

Transformed our home

This is now our 3rd job done by UHS We have had new windows a patio door and now roughcasting We are very pleased with it It has transformed our home There were a couple of slight issues we brought up but these were dealt with Anna was particularly helpful and kept in touch with us with updates for completion etc We would highly recommend UHS for home improvements

I have just had a new bathroom installed and I am overjoyed with the finish The fitter was friendly and professional He cleaned and removed all the old bathroom daily which was great for me It has been a great experience working with Ultimate Home Solutions and I would recommend this company to everyone Job well done Thank you

Another successful project well executed

Our experience of this company has been very positive We have had several projects completed successfully by them security system windows wall coating and most recently solar panels All the salesmen surveyors and contractors have been courteous and friendly The electricians who installed the equipment in the house for the solar panels discussed with us the best places to run the cables through the house and did a fine job or making good afterwards and clearing up The panels were installed on the roof efficiently and quickly
