The BEST customer service ever

In short The BEST customer service I ve ever had with any platform and they far far exceed my expectations Not only did the HOP2 team went above and beyond to help me resolve my dire situation that was the fault of another flight company they even took it upon themselves to call back and followed up keep me up-to-date on the progress of the issue Big big thank you to AYESHA who not only assisted me from the start to finish she turned what was a very bad situation again at the fault of ANOTHER flight company to what was one of the best customer service experience I ve ever had in my life If it wasn t for her I would ve been stuck in the airport of another country for 5 days HOP2 have earned themselves a loyal customer and I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone
