I will never buy from them again
I will never ever buy from this company again The six items I ordered arrived in a very small box which was torn The goods had been literally stuffed inside They were of poor quality material and workmanship not true to size too small too big and I therefore returned them all as instructed Because the box was torn but I was asked to return them in the same box I reinforced this to ensure that it would not come apart in transit One month on I had still not received an acknowledgement so emailed this today They telephoned back to say that an incomplete order had been received back and one dress was missing If this is indeed the case it can only have happened within their own warehouse DPD are completely reliable and I cannot begin to imagine that one of their drivers opened the whole package took one dress and then did it all up again However Intropia do not accept this and at my request have raised an inquiry I have absolutely no idea if when I will receive a refund and would advise anyone ordering from them to beware Caveat Emptor

Horrible Refund Experience
I will never buy from this company again I took weeks to get the item returned and a refund Every time I send an email nobody responded Every time I spoke with somebody at the phone it was somebody different - none had any clue about the process In the end of every call they promised to solve the issue but nothing happened Not only did I return an expensive item - I also had to pay a small fortune to return the item and it took further several weeks to get the refund Do not go there - unless you are absolutely sure you want to keep what you buy NB several weeks after I received the refund I was contacted by the courier service Intropia had finally initiated

Appalling website and customer service
Appalling website and customer service Never ever buy from them On their website in one place it says free delivery and in another it says 7 50 but they charged me 12 and wouldn t refund Delivery dates state 3-7 days and it hasn t arrived after 9 They have no customer service whatsoever I m shocked they are still in business

Missing Order and Unresolved Refund Request
I purchased boots with in-store delivery but they never arrived The order has been marked as in transit for weeks yet the store confirms they haven t received anything I ve requested a refund but no one is responding or taking responsibility At this point I m left without my order or my money Their customer service is disgraceful
