Highly recommended if you re looking for a hot tub in West Yorkshire

We traded up from an inflatable lock down tub to the real McCoy last week The new hot tub came from Hot Tub World in Huddersfield and they were fabulous from start to finish Jordan on the sales side was a star and there was no pressure just good advice Dawn in the back office sorted out the finance without any problems and the team went above and beyond with the installation which only took an afternoon despite some tricky access issues Great work guys

Excellent service from a very Professional Engineer

I noticed a slow drip coming from a washed plug on the pump I tried to nip up the plastic plug and sheared it off causing the slow drip to turn into an outpouring I temporary plugged the hole and emailed Hot Tub World to see if they could send out an Engineer to fix the problem which involved the removal of the broken plug thread from a hard to get to place They were able to respond within a few days and Matt their Service Engineer arrived as per the appointed time and was able to fix the problem within an hour He was very polite and professional and fully knew his subject Well worth getting a Professional in to ensure a good job done
