Right from day 1 we received excellent service Stephen came to do a home visit Sunday afternoon as requested to check our layout for the tub 10 10I liaised with Leanne Dawn throughout the week to ensure everything I needed would arrive that week they were both professional reassuring 10 10The 2 guys who delivered my tub again professional very helpful 10 10I was given a briefing on the chemicals care for my new tub 10 10Leanne sent a message to ensure all was ok that any worries or concerns I just needed to get in touch 10 10I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub We love ours

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with I went to visit last year and they weren t pushy at all they showed us around a few Hot Tubs We left and decided we wanted to proceed so they came and did a site visit completely free I had the hot tub delivered the same week and the guys who came spent over 4 hours filling it up and showing how it all works Fantastic

Absolutely first class service

From start to finish the guys here have been superb Not pushy and really knowledgable We were recommended these by a few friends who have had various hot tubs off them over the years The communication is excellent and when we had a few issues they are always sorted immediately One of the main reasons we chose them was if there were any problems we needed someone to speak to I have heard horror stories about people buying online and not getting support The prices are spot on and always there if you need assistance The hot tub is fantastic it s brought us together again as a family and I can not recommend Leanne and the team enough

I did a lot of research before purchasing my hot tub and Hot Tub World did not disappoint Delivered and fitted within 2 weeks of order The 2 gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and helpful Once set up they gave me a lesson on how to work the tub and instructions on how to use the chemicals very happy with the service we had I made a good choice going with HotSprings would definately recommend ThanksTracy
