I recently sent my laptop out to get fixed for missing broken parts My laptop is a touch screen but the screen hasn t worked since I bought it because I mistakenly downloaded a virus They were nice enough to fix the software for me at no extra charge even though it wasn t covered in my warranty When I got my laptop back and found out my touch screen was working again I cried Thank you so much HP I love you guys -A College Student

My hp laptop crashed several times a day so I approached hp customer service The staff was extremely patient he worked about one whole hour on the issue reorganized my laptop deleted unnecessary files and programs and called me back twice asking how the laptop was running I am really impressed by their service and am highly satisfied with the result

I have an HP Model 15 Laptop which I have owned for 7 years It continues to perform well after high usage for all these years It has never had a glitch and in todays technology is past its sell by date Never had to resort to HP help in all that time When it comes time to replace it I know which brand I will choose Many thanks for all those years of trouble free operation

Just got home from work I was super tired I needed some stuff done home and my printer wasn t connecting to my laptop i continued to try and try and try and nothing so I said let me call hp I remember putting a warranty on it I had some days left but also wanted to renew well this customer service rep helped me thru it all I am def renewing my warranty ASAP He was very patient I thanked him so much made my night thanks

Amazing turnaround times

Amazing customer support I had to send my laptop in for a touchpad and battery replacement and the DPD courier arrived one evening with a box to put my laptop in I had packaged mine up for shipping so had to get it out of my box and put it in the other box Two full days passed and the next morning at 7am the DPD courier arrives with my fixed laptop Fast turnaround and original parts perfect service Even cleaned out the keyboard and whole machine Treating my 120 Chromebook like a 2 000 machine

In the middle of a stressful year I called to receive help with my computer I was patched with Scott Buscma who assured me that after a bios update and windows updates that caused the computer to pause at the HP Surestart page will be perfectly fine to interrupt the bios update he also helped with creating a restore point and was happy to show me other information regarding my computer Thank you Scott for all your help Another plus when on the phone with Scott is his grand sense of humor Keep up the great work

Awesome accommodation

Ms Z is amazing We are visiting from the East Coast I do not know much about the various types of coffee however mattes are too strong I asked Ms Z to make a latte-like drink with regular coffee hot chocolate milk and flavored cream In NJ I once asked for this and I received a rude response Ms Z is a beautiful representation of Sedona

Outstanding service

Last Thursday phoned Hp care support as AIO 27 would not turn on after suddenly just shutting down computer picked up Friday Monday update computer mended Tuesday shipped Wednesday computer received back via courier Hp had replaced the motherboard service absolutely fantastic
