Unbelievable service from Carrie-Anne Had nothing but problems when dealing with taps uk because the system they sent out was missing pieces Was told by fia it was my fault and my problem and had the phone put down on me Absolutely shocking service from them Was given the number to Hudson Reed and I can t tell you how professional and fantastic they was They corrected problem for me straight away couldn t of been anymore polite or nicer Was absolutely made up with there service I honestly can t sing there praises enough Would highly recommend them If I could give more than 5 stars I would Thank you so much

Excellent service on warranty claim

Fantastic service after a tap purchased two years ago started leaking Under warranty a replacement was offered and sent within 2 days Exceptional service would highly recommend

7 year old tap replaced - no fuss

I purchased an Eon Mono sink mixer KA 307 on 19th December 2015 from Victorian Plumbing The tap worked well until it failed last Friday I was aware I had a 10 year guarantee and looked at Victorian Plumbing s online help pages and raised a support ticket Bethany Jo Carter on their resolutions team was very quick to reply within 2 hours to say she would contact yourselves to escalate the matter To my surprise I received a further email at 8 32 am the next day Saturday morning to advise me that you were going to send a replacement out to me The replacement tap has arrived safely I am absolutely thrilled with the astonishing service received from both Victorian Plumbing and yourselves you are both to be commended for your excellent customer service Thank you

We purchased our bathroom fittings from Hudson Reed 15 years ago We have just developed an issue with shower controls and I phoned up and asked for some help I spoke to Phil who couldn t have been more helpful and patient My issue is now solved new part ordered and his help was invaluable 5 Stars all the way for product knowledge and customer service

5 products customer service and delivery Happy customer

We purchased a shower tray from Hudson Reed after the one we previously had installed snapped in the middle and began to dip We were so overwhelmed with the quality of the Hudson Reed shower tray we since went on to kit out 2 further bathrooms entirely in their products Excellent quality excellent delivery and economical pricing Would recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom products that won t need replacing

Exceptional service

Exceptional service Toilet seat hinge broke and I asked if they could sell me a replacement rather than replace the whole seat They quickly sent me a new hinge next day delivery free of charge Couldn t speak better about the after care service from Hudson Reed

Tom Pearson was excellent in his response I phoned him after having a real problem with the wholesaler when we were trying to get a small part replace The wholesaler was very bad and I phoned Tom who looked up our record and resolved the problem within five minutes In future as a company I would like to deal direct rather than go through a wholesaler G Ellis

Brilliant customer service team

Thank goodness I paid a bit more for my shower and bathroom fittings from Hudson Reed I was having terrible customer care problems with the online store I had purchased it from after once fitted an issue with the shower valve was identified Hudson Reed were quick helpful and I even got to speak to a lovely lady in the technical team who ensured a replacement was sent out Thank you do much and if you are ever thinking about getting cheaper no name brands from online stores Think again I would recommend this brand and their fantastic support team and customer service Even through COVID
