We purchased a Hudson reed push button shower which is amazing by the way It created a fault where it was passing hot water The company who supplied it went into liquidation Called Debora at Hudson Reed customer services had a first class response Resolved the problem new part on the way and posted out today Outstanding customer service I own a property business and this type of servicej makes a huge difference definitely recommend Thanks

I had an issue with our shower and the technical team at Hudson Reed couldn t have been more helpful I spoke with Joe and Gina Also worth saying that I didn t have to wait in a queue forever to get assistance

Old shower divert valve

Needed to replace a 15 year old diverter valve on my shower No code references available so contacted Hudson Reed service dep t and i was asked to send pictures of the valve body The ref code was sent within the hour and i was able to order the replacement on line Could not fault the service

Phoned up for information and was greeted by a very helpful and friendly Lady called Millie who was able to provide all the information I needed Also Chloe sent me a follow up email straight away so I could proceed with my enquiry even faster thank you both for a great customer service experience

Fab service 100

I had to replace a tap cartridge I contacted the makers and the service I got Gina was second to none Trust me I m the first to stamp and shout when customer service is poor and due to the age of the tap I was expecting a drama I never got the opportunity to do that What I got instead was a customer service operative who cared about my issue and dealt with it very efficiently Top draw service all round Brilliant
