Tried to order a drawer for my desk and the form didn t register the extension properly and it got sent back I ve since been getting close to no feedback on it besides for we ll take a look or we ll come back to you which they never do This has been going on for three weeks now and when I ask to cancel the order since it is still in their warehouse since the end of June by now they straight up don t respond Sad to see customer service wise the moment you have an issue you re left with only question marks and 1 sentence responds

I ordered bamboo shelves from huismerken nl Order 36784 but the package Barcode A0060207805321 marked as delivered on 29-11-2024 at 12 09 never arrived I contacted both huismerken nl and packs nl but received no response from either company Poor communication and no resolution Very disappointing experience
