They were very helpful and took the time to help me with the issue i was having with my order My mailing address apt number was left out so I did not receive my order I emailed the company and they sent out a new order with the correct mailing address They was quick with responding and made sure everything was taken care of Thank you

I have the half gallon bottle and I absolutely love it It is so convenient and makes it easier for me to keep track of my water intake Just a few months ago I would pour 8 cups of water and try to drink it all Now I have a bottle that I can take with me wherever I go I definitely recommend this water bottle especially for kids like me

I bought our first Hydromate 32oz bottle for myself and I still use it daily It is a great bottle I recently purchased a second Hydromate bottle for my daughter I originally bought her a similar bottle from a different company and I recently found mold spots in the spout area that I could not remove Both bottles have been cleaned regularly and my Hydromate bottle which I ve had longer than we have had hers has had no issues to date I am pleased with my bottle and am happy to have another for my daughter I also contacted customer service with a question on my order I was not only promptly answered but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience These are the things that I value and will make me a loyal customer who is happy to tell others about them Thank you

I love these bottles

I have gone through multiple bottles The first two broke because they were glass and I am clumsy I ordered a replacement and Hydromate were kind enough to give me a code to save some money if I wanted to order a replacement for my second bottle I am the manager at my company and my agents see how much water I have been drinking They have noticed me feeling better and my skin looking better As Hyrdromate were kind to give the code we used it to order bottles for our whole office My girls are so excited to get the bottles they chose and to try take an easy step towards better health I personally find having the times on the bottles really helps me It shows me how long I have gone without drinking and reminds me to keep up Over time it has created a great habit
