Screen was fixed but noticed there was a small chip after pick up Had to return to change the screen the 2nd time Staff were helpful and pleasant enough

Would recommend Took over a week for a replacement screen for my iPhone 4 to arrive at the store but once in my phone repaired in a few hours They also fitted a new battery so now good as new

Took my daughters iPad to be repaired Polite and proffesional service Repairs come with a years guarantee I would have given 5 Stars but the fault wasn t fixed properly the first time around I had to take the item back in order for the issue to be resolved I feel a goodwill gesture should have been offered in these circumstances

Took my iPad in to Camberley store they did try to repair it but it is quite old and the part no longer available they were honest and upfront about it and refunded my money straight away yes I would use them again

I took my phone into Three where I have my contract as it wasn t charging They sent me here as they thought they had an idea of the issue This was confirmed and my phone was fixed within 20 minutes Very polite and helpful staff member named Hassan gave good customer service

laptop advice

I took my laptop in to ask for help in enabling both the camera and microphone for Teams calls I had been stuggling for days with this issue The IT guy there looked at my Teams and after changing some settings manabled to enable both camera and microphone I also took the opportunity for ask questions around why my laptop was running slow and he gave free advice There was no charge for the above just a request to leave a review

I am shocked stunned and utterly delighted

I am shocked stunned amazed Honestly My Samsung S20 has a raised section at the back where the cameras are The glass covering for that got broken Took it in and they insisted that the whole back should be replaced For 29 99 including fitting and VAT I was stunned They ordered the part came back and they fitted it in under 30 minutes Outrageous--- ly cheap and fabulous service It is a real pleasure if a little surprising to get great service at a really reasonable price
