Great service but poor quality product

Great service pleasant team only issue is the quality of the screen Very jumpy when trying to scroll so had planned to return but while typing i noticed a clicking noise in bottom right corner stupidly enough upon realising that the screen had lifted slightly I attempted to push it down in the corner resulting in cracking the glass This prevented me from bothering going back as i assume they will blame me for dropping the phone Since then i have noticed more parts of the white part above the screen flaking apart

Putney store note now closed down Great service initially to change my iphone 7 screen but after just 3 months the screen is flickering at the bottom 20

It was all good except I had to wait 2 hours and my screen protector got cracked

Can t match a quote from a different branch

Got a quote for a different branch When at this branch they said they couldn t match the quote and it would be 5 extra Same company charging different prices for some thing Think that s stupid and although only 5 extra it annoyed me Don t see the logic Person serving said he couldn t do anything about it

Went into shop to get phone unlocked and couldn t do it the first time but in the end they unlocked my phone

Initially my new iPhones battery lasted for days before it had to be charged but now it is back to needing to be charged daily

Satisfactory service

Issue was phone would not turn on and no sign of charging when plugged in At first was told it was the charging portal however when picked up turned out it was a motherboard problem Phone worked fine for a day or 2 then microphone didn t work so no one could hear me Job was completed early and was given a thorough explanation as to the problem Just unfortunate phone still doesn t work properly - having a separate problem

Fixed it but won t go back to them again

Fixed it was slow with repairing and slow with answering me no one answers the phone or voicemails no one answers emails Laptop screen come back apprently a new batterie in my laptop yet it comes up saying issues with the batterie and don t last that long at all Screws also missing from the bottom of the laptop and also one for the screen and considering was to fix screen and batterie Won t use again sorry

They repaired my camera but it was a costly exercise for a new battery

Laptop

I was originally told it would be fixed within 2 weeks Sadly however it took over 4 weeks and I had to keep chasing them for an update I also requested that the laptop to be formatted but this was not done as they forgot However the laptop so far has worked fine So disappointed with customer service
