I ve been using Iliad for over a year

I ve been using Iliad for over a year and have found no problems whatsoever I live in the north east of Italy There was a period when a particular antenna in my area wasn t transmitting the signal but I ve contacted the support via facebook messenger and they resolved the issue within few hours you can also contact them via twitter they seem to be pretty responsive there too Internet works abroad and since I travel a lot I love the option to have everything at hand I m sorry about the bad reviews hereunder probably there s not enought coverage for all cities Mine isn t that big tought everything works fine I can just recommend them especially comparing their offers and prices to the competitors

Quite the most awful process to get in

I am trying to finish our contract with Iliad singel a month We have sent two letters Always there is something wrong but they don t tell what I always have called 6 times They can t help There is no one who talks english or understand iT a bit I tried iT in italian all the time an italian lady that we know called in our place They saud her that everything was all right but no way I am just furious and meanwhile we keep on paying

Impossible to cancel their services

Quite the most awful process to get in contact with them Hopefully it becomes easier with time but reeading other reviews I have the feeling I chose the worst one

They are not returning the money

Impossible to cancel their services They are still charging my card even after I cancelled my subscription and I have sent back their router Don t ever trust them with your credit card I contacted them several times and they were refusing to speak to me in English Then I went to their physical shop they said that they were going to return my money but instead they are still charging me I would never choose that company again

Since i was not able to use their services I didn t have Italian ID or passport but i have codice fiscale and i cancelled subscription on the same day I payed for services I also asked for refund through offical way fax and they still haven t refunded me the money after half a year And they are not really responding over official accounts they have because i asked what happend to my refund and did not get an answer They only answered i should ask through fax But since i aready paid for fax one time and my complaint refund didn t go through i will not do it again I will consider getting legal action

My father have bought sim card in Napoli Italy at the end of last year He speaks English and spoke with salesman in English Specifically he said that he needs card only for one month So the salesman provide him sim card Four months passed and still Iliad charging their services I went to this website to cancel service For that you need to enter IBAN and BIC data So i entered all necessary data and have received message Gli IBAN domiciliati in questo paese non sono autorizzati It is looks like scam from first contact with the salesman til operation of website Moreover my bank cant resolve issue and said to deal with the Iliad directly In order to cancel subscription user have to do it through - personal account on official website which does not work - send fax or buy post mail this sound like a joke There is no email service for this Degree of complexity to experience cancelation of subscription feels same as to watch how Frodo from Lord of the Rings movie returns the ring to Mordor

Complete scam - they told me at the airport it was a one time sim card and I ve been on a subscription ever since that I can t cancel no matter what I do I ve reached out multiple times Followed cancellation procedures on their website multiple times Incredibly predatory business
