Overall I really enjoyed the course We learnt a lot of hard and easy concepts that have helped me to have a better understanding of what each individual engineering-type requires However as an improvement to this I wish we had learnt more about the different types of jobs available in the individual engineering genres On top of this we didn t have the chance to learn more about civil mechanical and renewable engineering However as stated by our online tutor we were unable to do this because of the inability of external significant people in the industries to teach a lesson Therefore I hope that next online course students are able to have a taste of these engineering fields through the help of an external expert Apart from this I really liked the debates we had the final presentation logical puzzles and the soft skill workshops However as another improvement since some of the engineering concepts were hard and took longer to grasp we weren t able to really review some of them Therefore next year if the soft skills workshop durations were reduced to at least an hour giving then 30 minutes to the subject tuition section the problem would be solved In conclusion it was a really fun course and I would definitely do it again I love how I have made friends through online means rather than face to face which is definitely a first-time experience due to the pandemic Thank you for this opportunity

Everything is great But I lived in a room without a proper light for a week as it has broken on the Saturday morning and no one fixed it until the day we finished

I loved the whole experience Perfect organisation and amazing coordination and activities I loved the mentors and the manager Thank you immerse for this wholesome experience engraved in my heart forever

Did you enjoy the course I was doing a Medicine course and I enjoyed the course a lot My tutor was knowledgeable about his field and he was nice He let us shape the course according to topics that interest us which is great At the end of the course we all were experts on the subjects that we are curious about For instance I ve learned about epigenetics and the endocrinal system What was good and or bad about it It was good that the course was starting in the morning according to the UK time also in my country A part of the day was still ours and it was possible to enjoy the summer I believe Cambridge is a beautiful city and it s a shame that the course was not in person However the course was still efficient and enjoyable but I can t even imagine how would it go if we could do it residentially Did the course improve your knowledge of the subject It definitely did Personally I haven t studied medicine before at school The subjects were familiar to me and the 2 weeks of the course absolutely enlighten me about medicine since we dig deeper

All the mentors were friendly and they created a comfortable atmosphere I enjoyed the times we spent together and the activities we did together Every bit of the program was a good and memorable experience

The Immerse summer program was very fun and enjoyable It was great trying university life and being able to visit various colleges in Cambridge and Oxford Meeting friends from all around the world and having memorable moments with them was also another benefit I gained the manager and mentors were very supportive and with them we experienced a delightful two weeks

The Immerse Programme pushed me to become a better version of myself They taught me essential skills that I would use in everyday life The classes and activities were well-organized and fun

During my few weeks with Immerse I have had an amazing experience The tutors mentors and overall staff are so supportive and fun to be around and the other students made my time here very memorable From the early mornings in class to the late night activities I have learned a lot from others and about myself and would definitely recommend to future participants

It was a great experience and I m so glad I enrolled I learned many things about my subject but also about different cultures I made friends who come from around the world while discovering the beautiful city that is Cambridge
