I have just had a replacement immersun

I have just had a replacement immersun after many good years from my old one After it was fitted by an Electrian I struggled to get it set up and the App working properly I manage to get through to tec support and spoke to Anish who talked me through the whole things it s now working well So thanks again Anish

iPhone app problems

iPhone app problems - An Immersun server crashed and my account access was disabled To be fair it took a reminder ticket to be raised on the website a week later before action was taken - but then Anish acted very quickly and restored my account and no data had been lost -

I lost contact with my Immersun app After several emails sending me ticket numbers which I didn t understand I finally heard from Anish who immediately sent me the link I needed to reconnect All working really well again now Many thanks Anish for your personal touch It made all the difference

We used 5 different makes power

We used 5 different makes power directors on different house this one seems to work I d buy again it isn t the easiest to understand I think and last word - the worst one we had was solarimmersion It last 13 months and no support so replace with solar boost my 5 star choice

A mixed experience

A mixed experience The core product is working well with good support from Anish and other colleagues But the process of setting up remote access using the stable live version of the website not the beta development version was slow and rather painful mainly due to errors and inconsistences in the Immerlink documentation I have written separately to Immersun with some thoughts for how this could be improved

Excellent support via chat on website today

I have had issues with Immersun in the past faulty equipment and bad customer support but today I used online support via chat because our Immersun stopped working after a power cut and the help I received was excellent

Responsive Service

I inherited an Immersun with little info from the previous owner when I moved into a new home 18months ago Everything worked smoothly until a recent incident Once I d established contact my web browser security didn t like the contact form the feedback was quick and relevant Problem not yet resolved as I have to go away but when I return I m going to start taking more of an interest Would have been a 5 star review but tried to use the chat bot first- which was pretty useless

Historic daily monthly and yearly total reads

Had this Immersun device for many many years with the odd glitch here and there usually an outage Just wish they could give a full total daily monthly and yearly read like they used to do Bit of an irritation having to tot up each daily read on the historic graph to get a total monthly read for generation export diverted and imported electric
