Just got to clear installation with my electrician

At this stage I am still considering whether to order a replacement for my old Eco Immersun So far the help and advice from new Immersun I ve had has been given very quickly I merely now need to speak to my electrician concerning installation If he s happy I ll certainly be going ahead Thanks Fellahs

The greatest test is when things go wrong and how they are put right

In my opinion the greatest test of a company is when things go wrong - how they react and resolve problems and how long this takes I purchased an Immersun unit which turned out to have a fault under certain loads Communication was great we worked through some tests but couldn t resolve it this way My return was arranged and the fault on my unit was resolved promptly 1 week after it was collected There has always been a fast response to my ticket I could guarantee I would have a reply within a day or less every time Thank you Immersun for the excellent after-sales service this is my second Immersum unit in 6 years and not only will I be back again in future but I will be recommending you and your excellent after-sales support
