Well done Immersun A British company flying the flag high for UK manufacturing Your innovative products and fantastic customer service are a breath of fresh air It s clear you ve faced some tough customers as seen in a few harsh reviews but it s part and parcel of the business We need to stand behind our own especially when competing with giants like China and India Immersun deserves every bit of support for their commendable work I ve been using the power diverter for over a year and recently added their EV charger to my collection Both products are top-notch and I couldn t be happier Keep up the sterling work

Recently bought an EV Charger from immersun Clearly a quality product and after the simple installation an initial issue was quickly solved via a software update So great support a good product and a UK company - what is not to like

Great value EV charger

The EV charger is a quality product that costs half the price of competitors but not short of safety and security features I was a bit hesitant at first but did my research and have no regrets It s an M3P Series charger which looks to be designed and built by leading Chinese manufacturer Weeyu It can be tricky to connect to the charger initially but switching if off and on again at the mains helped resolve that problem

Fantastic product and fantastic service

I recently had srorm damage to my barn roof resulting in a wet Immersun diverter I sent it back for inspection repair and the team were fantastic keeping me updated and fixing the issue promptly So not just a fantastic product but fantastic service too Highly recommended

EV charger Fitted and up and running

EV charger Fitted and up and running smoothly so far The charger arrived next business day and was a doddle to set up once my electrician had installed it The electrician was impressed by the cost at less than half the price of major brands but with all the same functionality What s not to love The instructions supplied are a bit chinglish and could do with a review Impressed so far
