At last an EV 7kw charge point with all the safety features required at a reasonable price Delivered a day after order Well packaged Easy to fit the pitch of the fixings of the mounting bracket match the mortar course of brickwork in my garage and the anchor bolts supplied ensure a good grip even in a sloppy hole The wiring of the charger can be done off the wall before it is slipped on to the mounting bracket and secured by finger bolts No pesky earth rod required Couldn t be easier Well done Immersun Now connecting to Wi-Fi and the app - well who reads the instructions When I did read the instructions and followed them pedantically as in my third go then I was able to control and monitor the charger on my phone Top tip - read instructions carefully Charger EVSE for the purists installed 6 weeks now Informed DNO of fitting OK to use Charged car using push button on off swipe cards on off but mostly using the app to set charge time to take advantage of Octopus Go night rates All good Ps My wife said it looked nice but I need to tidy up the garage

I bought the PowerDivert 3 0 to replace a very old and failed PowerDivert 2 0 from my original solar installation 9 years ago The after sales support by Anish to integrate the 3 0 unit into the existing wireless installation was excellent The price and delivery were also excellent

I thought the machine was broken but ask the question and write what you see the answer came back quick as a flash dead easy instructions to follow on a handful of lines and low and behold the machine started to smile once again Brilliant just like the company who came up with the idea of keeping the electricity that you produce for your benefit Well done Anish M my friend at IMMERSUN

You often find that post purchase customer service can be poor I was therefore really pleased with the speed and helpfulness of their staff who helped me problem solve my 14 year old immersun unit It turned out that the immersun was working fine but there was a fault with the immersion heater linked to it Thank you
