Hartlepool people excel once again
Had my Lexus washed today at the IMO car wash in Tonbridge - first wash in months This time I had an ultra HD wash I prepaid using the app to see how it worked As usual the staff were pleasant gave a good manual prewash and the car looked really good when it was done Was not sure the drying process was that good but by the time I got home it was dry and more importantly streak free Then it started to rain - bugger

Visited for a standard wash Very pleasant efficient service This visit was even more efficient On returning home I found the cover for the tow hook on my car was missing discovered it had been loose prior to this visit nothing to do with a faulty car wash As the car wash had now closed for the day I returned on Sun morning to see if the cover had been found or not I regret not asking the operatives name I will do so next visit as on my question about the cover he went straight into the office and returned with cover intact I couldn t thank him enough was pleased it had been found and kept He politely refused my token of gratitude Deserved 5 stars

We must just be lucky then in Torquay

Excellent service
We must just be lucky then in Torquay Contrary to a large number of negative recommendations in other parts of the country like many others in Torbay I have nothing but praise for the friendly polite young man who regularly operates the Torquay IMO Car Wash We ALWAYS get a thorough preparation pre-wash and the results are always excellent Thoroughly recommended
