Use the coupon for a free ceramic wash got charged 18 to my credit card anyway Best part is the car is still dirty and their wash tore off my windshield wiper

I went through the Tommys car wash on Plainfield in Grand Rapids on 3 15 23 and when I finished there was smeared OIL all over my windows and paint I told the attendant about it and he could see it all over my windows He apologized and sent me through again After the second wash it was WORSE I left the facility and emailed the company and the Plainfield store and was told they would rewash my car but could not refund my 10 I will NOT recommend Tommys car wash to any one and will never use them again to wash my car

This literally has to be the worst car washing company I have been to not one time has their car wash ever gotten all the bugs off my windows or the front of my car and I pre-wash my car when I went to go cancel my subscription didn t get very good customer service Nor was there any talk about how refunding any of my money since I only did it for a month and not one time did they ever clean my car

I took my jeep through the car wash

I took my jeep through the car wash around April 22 2022 and I heard a crack and I wondered what the noise was I ended up going over to the vacuums to vacuum the back of my vehicle out and I saw that water had leaked through the back windows the carpet and water had even ran into my back speakers which messed up my wiring later on I did a quick walk around to see what else was messed up and I saw I had a crack in my tail light assembly which has soap in it so I got a manager and filed a report I got a call about a week after the incident and i was told he d have to investigate further and so far I haven t heard anything back I would never recommend this car wash to anyone because they wont compensate for any damages that happen to your vehicle

Horrible customer service I agreed to a promotion for unlimited car washes Most companies are professional and courteous enough to send you a reminder when they are about to take your money Not this place I woke up to a charge and tried to cancel through the app as instructed Conveniently my car wasn t listed so had to contact customer service After confirmation it was canceled I was told I had to contact the general manager to request a refund He refused My life like so many hectic We rely on reputable businesses to do the right thing and let their customers know when they are going to be charging them I really feel their practices are shady and would advise you use someone else

went to the tommys on Montwood in el paso TX to buy a couple works 3 month gift cards and to wash my jeep with a free code given for Christmas i asked about the buy 2 cards and get 1 free i had passed 6 posted signs saying that on the way there he said in a nasty tone WE DON T DO THAT ANYMORE i said you re still advertising it he said he didn t care NO MORE what a total ass I dam sure didn t buy any gift cards and I gave him the free code card I got for Christmas for 1 wash and he refused it saying I had to go to the place on montanna street that is miles away now trapped in the drive up lane I asked how do I get out he said pay for a wash or drive across the sidewalk area total complete dumb-ass NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE OF TOTALLY ARROGANT SMART ASSES too many really good car washes in el paso and TOMMY S IS DAM SURE NOT ONE OF THEM

Not honoring commitments to community

I normally don t write reviews but felt compelled to write this after Tommy s behavior recently with regards to the North Port High School Baseball promotion As one of the sponsored businesses supporting the team Tommy s pledged that cardholders would receive 1 Works car wash a week for the one year period of the cards life The card is valid through 2 28 23 I went recently for a wash and was denied The excuse from the manager was supposedly people were violating the once a week rule Tommy s had no system in place to verify card usage and has now decided to stop honoring a deal that they committed to knowing full well there wasn t a verification counting system in place when pledging their support to the team I will not support a business that can t keep their commitments to a local community charity like Tommy s has done here
