Avoid do it yourself through Martin Lewis Received a payment of 1250 back from amigo which they wanted 450 they harassed my every day to make payment with multiple text and emails which is quite ironic as I had to chase them for information for over 2 years and never had an update The amount of money I was robbed off me by amigo I thought that impackt claims must have been making payments on my loans by the way they thought it was there money

I have had 3 aggressive emails informing me I owe them money I have asked them to give me proof of me agreeing to get help off them on three occasions they havent Does anybody have any advice who you complain to about these THEY WERE HELPFUL IN THE END

wish i listened to the bad reviews

wish i listened to the bad reviews all is well and good if its a straight forward refund or reduction of credit however if you are not happy with the amount or need any assistance they have zero communicationiv had two accounts closed on me that i was not aware this could happen one has declined anything i heard nothing back from this company it only seems they are bothered if they can make money off you advise doing everything yourself look on money expert web page its not hard they have a template i wouldn t recommend this company

This company has to be avoided they didn t do anything for me I dealt with my own claim and rejected the offer of 23 compensation They accepted it and tried to give me a refund of 13 72 Take note of the reviews here and avoid Update more lies from impakt claims You took 5 off the 17 awarded then lied you paid the full amount keep the lot you obviously need it more than I do

They helped me fill in 1 form didn t provide an update for over 3 years and then send me a bill for a little under 2000 Tried to reason with them asked to speak to someone to make a complaint and was disregarded as they continued to push for paymentDisgusting company - 0 morals and do not care about the people they represent Vile

Well dodgy company

Received a payment of 490 back from amigo which they wanted 179 they harassed my every day to make payment with multiple text and emails which is quite ironic as I had to chase them for information for over 2 years and never had an update They even phoned me pretending to be amigo loans saying they sent me a code and they needed it to log into my account which I ended up doing against my better judgement I checked my amigo account a few days later and impakt claims had entered there bank details into my amigo account so when I got paid out they would take it They been reported to the FCA

Dont use this company

Dont use this company They threating me every single day with payment and getting ccj on me when they told me i would recieve only 27 for my claim in december 2023 now which i said ok and made other company to deal with interest i have paid to be waived now they saying you owe us that money you have been paid sorry but i dealt myself you only managed to get 27 now you can take this matter to court but all evidence shows how scammy moves you do You have not secured any offers keep lying and take this matter to court please

They successfully Dealt with an Amigo

They successfully Dealt with an Amigo loan claim on my behalf the claim was transferred to my account minus the fees for impact dealing with it Since the amount was transferred to my account they have been harassing me for unpaid fees and demanding I pay again for fees that have already been deducted Causing me undue stress with emails and messages every day

Threatening emails from them relating to an amigo claim that they never had consent to claim for me This claim was dealt with myself Now threatening court action even though I have asked for proof of them completing this in my behalf but haven t sent me any proof Definitely avoid this company Poor customer service skills

Got a letter plus a court letter saying I owed 700 for them getting me my amegio refund I went through amegio sheme to get this and weeks later they say I owe this ave never had any correspondence with them till now
