Disappointed this company kept emailing

Disappointed this company kept emailing me saying they could do a claim for me and if I gave them my credit report info they would be able to go ahead They then emailed me back once this was done saying they couldn t and when I asked if they would delete the report I gave them they said they couldn t This has made me a bit worried as it s my info

Staff are lovely

Staff are lovely But 36 on my claim means they would have been successful in taking 2340 from me I emailed amigo myself complained and within 8 days had an outcome account closed and a cash refund glad I went alone with my claim and didn t use Impact for my amigo have another 1 with Impakt but not heard much so we will see and ill update my review accordingly

Updated - I just want to upgrade my star to 3 as they have come back saying they are reviewing it for now a 3 star

Been with this company a while trying

Been with this company a while trying to claim money back from everyday loans these are a good company how ever I will say any phone call chasing anything up has been done by myself the charges they take is stated in the beginning so you will always know what they are charging

Good service

Good service used them lots of times however I do find the service fee quite big But totally happy for what I have got so far I m sure to use them again

Absolutely great company

Absolutely great company I applied and then completely forgot about it 2 months later I received a lovely call saying I was due some money and to pay a small fee Impakt kept me informed throughout the whole process and at times like this when things are hard with prices going up the extra money has come in handy I will be telling people about Impakt and how hard they work to win your claim Amazing work Thank you so much

Efficient and easy to deal with

Really easy to deal with as all the work is taken out of your hands and done for you So pleased to have received multiple claim payouts for previous loans that I didn t even consider escalating Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and understanding

Was suspicious but they paid out

I received this week a payout from Impakt regarding a previous loan I had with Amigo I had originally made a claim 2 years ago to no avail Impakt got in touch to say they had a settlement I had some concerns about them given some bad reviews on here but true to their word they paid out - minus their fee Thank you to the team and their patience with my questioning
