Good quality but slow shipping
I placed an order with Inautia about three weeks ago for a casual shirt and pair of jeans. The products themselves arrived in good condition and the quality of the materials is solid - the stitching is neat and they fit as expected. However, the overall experience was mixed. Shipping took longer than the stated delivery timeframe, arriving about 5 days late. I contacted customer support about this, and they were helpful when they responded, but communication felt sluggish initially. The sizing information on their site was accurate, which I appreciated since online shopping can be risky. The items seem durable after my first few wears. That said, at these price points, I would have expected faster delivery. For future orders, I'd like to see improvements in their shipping timeline and more proactive customer support. The products are worth buying, but the logistics need work. I'll give them another try, hopefully with better service next time.
