Impossible to get in touch with by
Impossible to get in touch with by phone or email after initial very fast email responses I m very pleased with the product but the feeling of being ignored after the money have been sent is disturbing

Not credible
Good service when clarifying purchases but then it ends Wrong product was delivered according to pictures description and order They do not answer the phone do not respond to mail my mail There is no response at all I have a feeling of being cheated deceived

Paid but no segboard for months
Bought a segboard back in january for my sons birthday After only short usage it stopped working and we tried recalibrating for some time Finally they accepted to look at it and I drove 60km to hand it in 3 rd of may I heard nothing from them for weeks then they promised a new one mid end may Several calls and mails without response and still no segboard and its July 1 st Amazing they can run a business without any service at all

Terrible 7 weeks to get a refund for unavailable item
7 weeks to get over 1 500dkk back because they couldn t fulfil the order I would give minus stars if it were possibleOn 24 April I ordered a segboard for my son s birthday from Innoliving s subsidury company Segboardshoppen dk for 1 538dkk including postage They wrote to me 2 days later to inform me that they couldn t fulfil the order they didn t have the board I d ordered and I requested a refund - which they agreed to in writing Innoliving and wrote and asked me for my bank details to make the repayment and I pointed out that I had paid with a UK credit card Visa but gave them the Danish bank details as that was what was requested and it seemed more convenient The repayment wasn t made I followed up with 2 emails no reply to either and then called customer service on 17 May I was assured that the boss knew about the repayment and would be reminded to make it it was on his desk The agent explained that they were unable to make the repayment from customer services because it was going to the my Danish bank account not the credit card On 24 May I wrote again as no repayment had been made No reply On 25 May we spoke to customer services and were informed that the full amount would be repaid immediately same day to the original credit card not to the bank account and that we would need to wait up to 5 days for it to clear On 5 June still no repayment Update - We called wrote again on June 6th The customer service agent apologised again and said there had been a glitch and she couldn t make the payment on 25 May and that the boss was going to make the payment today The payment FINALLY went through ON THE SAME DAY They could have done that when I asked for a refund on 26 April but instead I had to go through 7 weeks of emails phone calls and finally threaten them with legal action Perhaps a bad review on Trustpilot helped

Deffective segboard hoverboard
I bought a Segboard hoverboard 6 5 order 66146 in November 2023 as a Christmas gift for my 8-year old son In February 2024 when my son was riding it for the second time the left wheel suddenly stopped and my son hardly fell on the road Fortunately he was not injured although it was painful but it could have ended up severely bad When I looked at it the left wheel does not react on changing weights balances and does not blink only the right wheel is rotating On top of that it was not possible to switch off the segboard The switch button did not react so I could shut it down by keeping it outside for some time and draining the battery and then recharging it Just today on June 6 we decided to give the segboard another chance My son rode it normally for 2 minutes now while holding my hand until the left wheel stalled again and I caught my son to avoid injuries Basically if one stands on it the segboard rotates 360 degrees in the same place as the left wheel is not responding The device cannot be switched off again and I lost trust in it I think it is dangerous to use and it has a factory defect

Now it s been 15 days since I ordered and paid my product After a week I called them as they had not sent the item They promised to call back which didn t happen I called them again and was promised that they would send the same day The tracking link showed that the package was still not handed over to the carrier Made new contact after three days was told that they had sent the day before I emailed them again on Thursday and they have not yet responded Now another five days have passed and it has still not been handed over to the carrier I don t know how to behave to get what I ordered Most sad for my daughter who can t use her scooter on her summer vacation I called them again today but I feel like I can t expect them to send us anything 600 SEK down the drain and a very disappointed daughter Incredibly unserious company

The segboard is faulty - they don t respond
The segboard is faulty It suddenly stops while riding My 8-year old son fell badly 2 times The calibration video they sent fixes the issue for a few minutes and the problem repeats I wrote to them 2 times about refund - no repsonse Full ignore

Paid aprx 6 000 sek Still no bike
We have paid aprx 6 000 sek for a electric bike 24 days ago No confirmation from Innoliving We have send many emails and talked to the support once -We will check with the storage apartment No delivery and our son is very sad If we don t get the bike by next week we will report Innoliving to the danish police
