I would give zero if I could
I would give zero if I could - this company are shocking - absolutely appalling Avoid like the plague for every possible reason They don t even put a phone number on their website and neither do they respond to emails Complete and utter waste of time if I wasn t selling my property I would contact the ombudsman about this company

Complete waste of time
Seems like my experience is common amongst those unfortunate enough to have to attempt to use this company Minor repair work needed to a window following the original fitters ceasing to trade but fobbed off with some template response that can be interpreted as you paid with a credit card not our problem take it up with your bank It would be almost funny if it weren t true Absolute waste of time and energy I d urge anyone whose purchases are supposedly backed by an Installsure guarantee to be aware of these kind of tactics before signing on the dotted line

If I could give 0 I would this company are shocking I had a door fitted by safestyle who went into receivership Oct Since Nov I have been attempting to have a claim dealt with as the door frame is bowed I have sent emails and out details of everything needed I won t bore you with the countless attempts to get this claim resolved But I April of this year I believed the claim would be finally be looked at to receive another email saying I had still not provided a document This was all supposed to have been sorted and 7 months later we still have to force our door closed with no satisfactory resolution Very very unhappy

Would give zero stars if I could The insurance is not worth the paper it s written on Paid by credit card so can t go through them for six years if the 10 year warranty apparently Appears to be a shoddy company set up for other shoddy companies to avoid any liabilities and to give customers false comfort that things will be ok if anything goes wrong

Insurance policy worthless
Just wasted 3 months pursuing my 10 year guarantee with Safestyle of which I still have 3 years left Have been informed by there insurers Installsure that my claim for 108 for blown window has been declined They informed me they are not liable for any defects in sealed units They even added that they are not liable for doors or windows hardwear tracks runners mountings mechanism trims and any other fixtures or fittings that are more than 12 months after insurance cover start date So ten years guarantee is worthless What I don t understand is Safestyle came out just before going into administration to fix glass but bought the wrong size So they had obviously agreed it came under claim Installsure should not be allowed to exist They don t even answer their phones Staff being paid for doing nothing Absolutely disgusting company

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company Both Installsure and Everest are companies that should be investigated for corruption and fraud These are high value items that shouldn t be faulty from install and homeowners being tens of thousands of pounds out of pocket

Awful company
Again if I could give zero stars I would Absolutely disgusting customer service Have been waiting for nearly a year for repairs to faulty Everest conservatory supposedly covered by an Installsure IBG Can t get hold of anyone numerous calls and emails sent and no response Will be going to Financial Ombudsman soon as getting beyond a joke now

Poor service
Had Windows installed by Allstyle and was due remedial work in March 1920 Initial repair delayed by lockdown Company ceased trading and I contacted Installsure through Web claim in August Completed claim but no response or answer to left messages until I raised with Financial Ombudsman in November It was then agreed for a survey and quote to be supplied This was completed early December Despite left messages and emails still no reply Very poor service

I have contacted this company three times with no response They are not to be trusted and I am having to deal with the work on my own Serious avoiding tactics Thank you Safestyle old company for dropping us in it
