Great first experience

Excellent service and very knowledgable staff I bought a trevor james sax from them before Christmas the salesman I spoke to was extremely helpful and managed to get it to me within 24 hours even with all the snow I would not hesitate to use them again

First Class

First class service from what I gather is a great wee music shop I sent an email enquiring about the availability of a Taylor GS Mini Acoustic Guitar received a prompt courteous reply I then phoned them up was greeted with informative helpful customer service I can also vouch for there honesty as when I called to enquire about the guitar I was told that only one was in stock was currently a shop display guitar but was in immaculate condition only a couple of weeks out the box I received a discount without even asking They could have easily kept quite about this so a plus mark there The guitar also arrived the next working day another plus I would happily purchase from them again if needed can definitely recommend

Superb service great advice

Superb company got great advice on the phone about a portable PA system from them friendly helpful and very knowlegable excellent service and will definately use again
