Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service My account package has said delivered for weeks but it was never even received It says delivered and left in mailbox but it is nowhere in that building nor the buildings near it I have contacted this company about 6 times and have received continual ghosting USPS says they will provide documentation to give to the company that it is not found but this company will send a basic auto generated email and then never reply to me I have been asking for a refund once I realized they weren t going to reply back to me but they still are refusing to acknowledge my emails I ve given many chances to them but am unfortunately left to leave this review I ve never had this kind of customer service they charged so much and will not even bother replying Would not recommend

where is my in the clouds vinyl i ve contacted everywhere i can and apparently you are in charge of this terrible customer service i need to know what is going on with my order i ordered the first day of january

My vinyl was incorrectly printed

My vinyl was incorrectly printed cutting out multiple songs Overall the quality that of which had been mastered to maximum loudness and studio quality was barely audible by my record player Background noise became the record s foreground

Horrible customer service

I ordered my vinyl in late January and I was told that it would ship by March 8th however that very clearly was wrong I emailed the customer service email as well as sent a form asking for just a simple update and still not a word All I want is for my vinyl to arrive on time for my anniversary My order is ITC30596 please email me at least with an update on its progress

Abysmal customer service Super cheap junk materials used in everything they make the lack if quality control is very evident The vinyl and jackets reek of something disgusting I would be embarrassed to give these to my fans It s a disgrace to proudly state they make this in US it s nothing but junk Stay far away they shouldn t be in business too much longer

This site is either a scam or very poorly managed Ordered vinyl on 1 28 24 with expected 4-6 weeks processing and order filled 7 5 weeks nothing yet I contacted their Contact Us form for an update last week and haven t received a reply No updates not a clue what is happening with this order if anything at all Buyer bewareOrder ITC30641

The sound is awful The grooves don t even begin until halfway through the record It s not listenable

I wouldn t waste your time

First off don t expect a reply This company doesn t seem to have anyone who s willing to respond to emails If you do get an email it will be some generic copy paste telling you there are delays It doesn t take a lot to reply to someone s email even if it takes you a few days to answer some questions If you re after custom vinyl ditch this over priced service and use Kunaki Their site is a bit weird to figure out but you will have your items in hand within a week If you re waiting on an order I d charge back while you still can that s unless you want to wait months on end for something that might not materialize

The jackets I ordered are super low quality

The jackets I ordered are super light weight- not card stock like an lp jacket and I haven t been able to get ahold of anyone at in the clouds dispite multiple emails I guess there s a reason they re cheap
