Couldn t upload songs I wanted but overall got the job done

the shipment was way to long and the vinal was not as big like the pic in the website

The vinyl quality is good The main problem I had with this order was the cover art was off center

I never got the video you guys you said you would make showing the vinyl production method

The product is not bad but I left 3 stars only because there was a complete lack of communication for 2 months I think you can improve your reviews by responding to emails and giving periodical status about the orders

more than 2 months and still no news about my order No email nothing Not sure what is happening but they don t even respond to email order ITC27930Update Finally received my order but it s still a shame that I had to write a review in order to make things move Disks look OK and printing is average on the disk or the covers I will change my review to 2 stars as I did get something after all I still need to listen to the records as my player was broken Update Got a new record player Disk are fine Upgraded review to 3 stars just because of the lack of communication

I loved the product as usual but I uploaded the songs on vinyl 1 in the wrong order Normally when I email about an error before they create it they get right back to me and it s fixed and it comes to me right I sent the email ITC28204 but got no response so the album is out of order on the first side of vinyl 1 but the quality is amazing I would highly recommend Just make sure you triple check the order of your tracks before submitting I m still going to only order from them forever

I ordered a single custom record sleeve printed for a record of mine that was missing one The sleeve was well packaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time And the printing quality and colors were excellent However there was a white strip on one edge despite me having fully filled all the bleed areas and the cardstock used was much flimsier than most record covers It s stiff enough to protect the record on my shelf but flops around a lot when I m trying to get the record back in For what I need it for it s perfectly adequate but could have turned out better

Trust the reviews Only played a little of the record so I can only say that so far the sound quality is fine I guess A bit fuzzy May be an issue with the files O submitted but I m uncertain Definitely not like an original pressing but that s as expected I paid for the expedited order and it arrived in 2 weeks which is super cool Sleeve is not great quality and is comparable to matte poster paper for reference Not very sturdy My biggest issue is the customer service Partially my fault I uploaded the songs and I didn t notice until after I ordered it that they were in the wrong order Approximately 20 minutes after the order was placed I emailed them hoping I could request the order of the songs be adjusted since they say on their site they can fix issues in processing I waited 6 days before following up only to find out that less than a handful of days later it was shipped out Genuinely very nice that it was quick but very disappointing that there was no help via email like the site says My bad for messing up if that s what caused the disorder but it sucks that the customer service is so poor especially after I paid close to 200 for this one item

Friendly enthusiastic and responsive service Sadly I m not happy with the sound quality of my record I provided WAV files for each song hoping they would contain enough digital information to translate well onto vinyl That is not the case There is a low background hum from beginning to end and each song is notably hollow sounding Seemly good people with hearts in the right place but not a great outcome for me Maybe that s true for the entire vinyl pressing industry I don t know This is my first foray
