It took a very very very long time to arrive

didn t hear any update for about 2 months but eventually got my custom cd i love it a lot and packaging was pretty good

Beside the time it took to ship out everything was prefect

The process of making was easy The reason I didn t give five stars is because when my vinyl came it had some scratches on it and normal I d assume they re from me because I wouldn t shift the blame but I had literally just opened it Then I was shocked by Side B of my vinyl looping in 2 different spots I would ve reached out to customer support if Side A wasn t near perfection Alongside this the audio quality is a little lacking from what I was expecting based on reviews If I were to get another custom vinyl like the one I ordered I d probably see about somewhere else The only thing holding me back from rating this lower is the price If my vinyl had been say 20 more for the same thing I would have expected flawless quality so I guess you get what you pay for but still 60 is steep for what I got Besides that the quality is okay and I enjoyed what I listened too on Side A and what I could on Side B The jacket quality is great too 4 5

A lot better then last time slighty low quality photos and still off centered but it s much better then last time and the sound quality is sounding really good for a custom vinyl

Great product great printing and a great cover The team were really lovely and responsive too and I got a nice note from them in the package to The only reason I m not giving a five star is that sadly the music seems a bit warbled - maybe something happened in transcribing the music from mp3 to vinyl but it feels warped The record isn t warped but the record is - with steady notes wavering a bit Still I trust the team and will give them my business in future I have another record coming so hopefully this is just a once off issue

The record was beautiful and sounded great and came in a timely fashion The printed label and sleeve could use slightly better color matching which we hope to correct in the next version great prototype We will be ordering more soon

great color and graphics the vinyl itself is super pretty no damage to its integrity during shipping audio quality is okay but that might have been based on the mp3 files i chose definitely would recommend doing this

I just received my custom vinyl ordered from In the Clouds I ordered in late November of 2023 and it is now early February 2024 so the processing time did take longer than expected However the record quality was amazing and the record sleeve I designed came out perfectly I was a little worried about the quality of the item I would receive after reading these reviews but the sound quality was perfect in my opinion I got this record as a present for my boyfriend who is a much more experienced record collector than I am and he agreed that the sound quality was great The wait was well worth it for a custom record and sleeve
