Was told it would be a 3 month wait at check out but took 5 months Sound quality is awful Minus well be using my phone speaker The sleeve looks cool at least But it smells bad

I had ordered a custom red vinyl and it got delivered a few days ago but there are some things wrong with it The A- side s track list is not in the right order that i had wanted it to be in and a lot of the songs skip a lot At least 3 or more songs skip on the A side

The order was placed on June 23 and received on August 25 I was told an amended delivery date of August 4th as the company was behind but that came and went without any word I finally reached out and they promptly lit a fire under their asses When I finally received the record I was more than disappointed The first thing I noticed with the actual sleeve it is flimsy floppy and not the stiff cardstock that an actual vinyl comes with I am also VERY disappointed in the printing quality of the artwork I am a graphic designer and put time into designing a cover front and back and the disc labels and it looks like it was printed from a bad printer low on ink and very outdated With very low hopes the record did play but I had to manually put the needle on the beginning track unlike how my player automatically plays professionally made vinyl I did get in touch with the company and they made claims to send me a replacement album sleeve but I can t imagine they use different paper stock because they would have done that from day one I have ordered custom vinyls from other places and I will return to those businesses before this one even though they are more expensive You get what you pay for I suppose

I do not take joy in leaving bad reviews and I can only speak to my experience on one of their products I ordered 40x 10 vinyl record jackets custom printed Customer service was pretty horrendous requiring so many emails and follow ups with no clear timeline on anything It took an additional 3 weeks after my order was supposedly shipped when the tracking number was created before it actually left their warehouse Upon arrival a handful of the sleeves were damaged a bit but this is entirely due to the poor quality of the product The card stock the jackets are printed on is a joke so flimsy and so easily prone to folding in on itself nearly by its own weight Has very little structure and the print quality was awful Blurry and misaligned as if the printer had not been calibrated Looks like it was printed on an old HP inkjet from 2010 Colors were dull compared to the same images used for the center label of my vinyl that I had cut printed elsewhere Only reason I m giving 2 stars is because they did offer me a 1 unit discount for order 40 units after trying to get in touch w customer service for multiple weeks Would not purchase from or work with again in the future

It took way longer than what it said it was gonna take my songs skipped the endings and went straight into the next one on one side and customer service was bad

The audio on the record sounded scratchy and the record had dents in it which caused the songs to skip The packaging was flimsy and thin and the record barely even fit inside of the sleeve The pictures looked good and the record might ve been dented but it s shape wasnt warped

I bought this vinyl as a present for a friend for her birthday The paper sleeves that the record come in were both split so I had to spend even more money to replace them and the jacket for the record is creased with a huge circle outline most likely from the packaging being really tight and causing an imprint from the disk The photo I used on the front was extremely blurry but that was most likely my fault for not uploading a really good quality one I just reprinted the photo and stuck it over it The songs are good which I guess is all that really matters

Vinyl design not like the websites mock-up The Cover was discolored the wrong color and slightly blurry the center labels were very off even tho i made sure to make them even on the website checked 3x to make sure some of the songs skip and loop but over all it wasn t worth it and i have a 2 Lp Vinyl on the way from them witch is over 100 so i m hoping to have a better experience pros beautiful vinyl color

I ordered a custom vinyl sleeve The shipping time said 10-12 business days yet it took 6 weeks to arrive Throughout the 6 weeks I got emails from the company asking me to pay 100 for rush shipping to get my order in the time frame I was originally told I would get it in my order was 10 I contacted customer service which sent me a bot response in return I replied that my issue hasn t been resolved and was contacted by a customer service rep who said he flagged the order and would email me back with an update which I never got I received the sleeve after the 6 weeks and while the quality of my order was good I waited three times longer than I should have for it with no help from the other end

My product came with errors The vinyl jacket had blue paint sprayed on the front and the jacket artwork was very blurry compared to the high DPI files I had sent The vinyl itself is fine but the overall display and physical quality of the jacket is not satisfactory Additionally I reached out to their customer service 2 5 weeks ago and have not heard anything from a resolution standpoint I am happy to update my review once customer service gets back to me
